What to expect during a Naturopathic visit with Dr. Keyes?

Dr. Keyes is trained in both Western and Chinese medical diagnosis. She works in partnership with other regulated health care professionals, to ensure that patients receive the most effective care possible.

1st visit
1 hour in length and includes a comprehensive patient history.
Patients are requested to bring a copy of any relevant lab work, at this time.
Please print, fill in and bring the appropriate intake forms to the 1st visit:

• adult intake form and diet diary form
• pediatric intake form and diet diary form

2nd visit and all follow-ups
1 hour in length. On the 2nd visit, a complaint oriented physical exam is performed and treatment is initiated.

Cancellation Policy
Please note your appointment has been reserved specifically for you.
Cancellation with less that 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the fee.
Cancellations may only be accepted by phone (contact Dr. Keyes).
